Shipping

At ALL Events Party and Wedding Rentals we ship via UPS. Goods are shipped from our New Jersey warehouse.  

 

A UPS tracking number will be emailed once the shipment has been collected.  We do not require a signature for residential delivery, however it is up to the delivery driver's discretion to leave a package at a residence when no one is home.  We do encourage customers that will not be home to consider having the goods shipped to another location.

SHIPPING AREAS

We ship to the 48 Contiguous States and Washington DC.  

MINIMUM ORDER

We are happy to assist with any size event, however we do require a $25 minimum rental amount to place an order.

TRANSIT TIME

Please allow one business day for order processing in addition to the shipping times shown in the UPS transit map.

 

Business days are Monday through Friday, except for scheduled U.S. Holidays: New Year's Eve, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

Deliveries to remote areas cannot be guaranteed by the specified time in the shipping chart below.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please verify accuracy and typos on your order before singing your rental contract, especially the shipping address.  If an incorrect address is provided to us and we ship to such address and the package is returned, you are responsible for any additional shipping cost incurred to resend the package.

 

If the package is not returned to us by the shipping company, and it was sent to the address you provided, you are responsible for any replacement charges incurred as a result.  No refunds will be given. 

 

Once a package is in transit via UPS and a customer needs to change the shipping destination address, UPS will charge us a $15.00 charge per box fee.  The customer must pay this UPS fee before we change or correct an address once a package has shipped. 

 

If any other fees are incurred via UPS as well as any other UPS transit charges due to changing states, etc, you will be charges the fees charged to us by UPS as a result of re-routing.  All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

SHIPPING CARRIER ISSUES

ALL Events Party and Wedding Rentals, LLC is not responsible for weather related or UPS delays.  Customer may not request a refund on products due to a UPS delay. If customer paid for expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day or UPS 3 Day Select) and the package does not arrive on time, we will file a claim with the carrier and issue the customer a shipping refund if and when the claim is granted.

 

If a package is lost in transit, ALL Events Party and Wedding Rentals, LLC  will immediately send a replacement order to the customer and not make the customer wait the seven to ten days it takes the carrier to process this type of claim.

 

If a package arrives damaged or opened, it is the customer’s responsibility to immediately notify the driver and to notify our office immediately so we can file a claim. 

RETURNING RENTALS

All linens should be returned to UPS to ship back to our warehouse within 2 days of your event date.  Linens are to arrive back free of food particles and moisture.  Each box shipped contains a duffle bag for return as well as prepaid shipping labels for each duffle bag.  

DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS

All linen rentals are expected to be returned in the same quantity and condition as they are received in, i.e. no tears, rips, holes, iron marks or wax stains.

 

Linen is simply placed in the return duffel bags sent with your order. Just be sure it is free of food, floral, or miscellaneous debris. Replacement costs will apply to any linen returned rendered unusable.  

 

Linens shipped damp will result in mildew and will incur a replacement cost.  Please airdry wet/damp linens prior to bagging to avoid mildew damage.

All rental items are counted prior to your event and upon return. Should an item not be returned at the end of the rental period, we will reach out to notify you as soon as we are aware.  You will be charged the replacement cost of the item(s) if they are not located an returned within 5 days.
